As you may know, yo** ******* is a virtual ****** that comes with a portion of the physical disks on a ******. While you have a dedicated amount of disk allotted to you that you may fully use, we limit the operations on yo** disk to a fair share. Yo** ******* was recently found to be using high l***ls of I/O.
CAUTION: Please read this me**age to avoid yo** ******* being powered off or suspended.
While we permit you to average a**und 80 TPS/IOPS, o** AUP does not permit constant usage or larger b**sts. You must understand that yo** VPS is a virtual instance running on a physical ****** with limited amounts of I/O shared ac**** multiple users, which is why we have this policy in place. Yo** ******* was found to be using an average of 337.19 transactions per second for multiple ho**s. If the high usage continues yo** ******* may be powered off or suspended.
Please reduce yo** usage. If you have a Windows VPS then you may follow this guide , please also make s**e no intensive p**ce**es are running in the backg**und, such as a Windows Update which may sometimes break . The disk is utilized when reading or w**ting files, which includes exce**ive web b**wsing or p**ce**ing large amount of files. If yo** ******s re*uire using a lot of I/O then you can p**chase the High I/O add-on, if available for yo** plan, this will give you 2x the allowed IOPs of yo** c**rent plan without upgrading. If you don’t think ***n that upgrade will be enough then you should consider upgrading to a Dedicated Server. We can po**ibly p**vide you with a discount if you’d like to switch, please let us know. We can also **** you with the migration of yo** files and data if you choose to go with a dedicated ******. Another option available to you is upgrading to a higher plan, for example o** SSD4G plan has a very lenient allowance for I/O, much higher than the plans below it.
